W3LL People Makeup Review | Are W3LL People Makeup Good?

w3ll people clean makeup review.jpg

I found this clean makeup brand at my local Target and was immediately drawn to it. I didn’t know what to expect, but I can say that I love almost all the products I’ve tried. Thus far, I’ve only tried their face products but I’m definitely going to try their blushes, bronzers, eye makeup, and lip products.

If your local Target doesn’t carry W3ll People, you can find their products on their website here or on curated clean beauty shops like Petit Vour.

With that said, here are my reviews for the products I’ve used:

Bio-Tint Multi-action Moisturizer in Light | Click here for product details

This tinted moisturizer comes in 4 shades: Fair, Light, Medium, and Medium Dark. It has SPF 30. I like this tinted moisturizer. It is my go-to tinted moisturizer for summer.

It has a thicker consistency. It’s not a thin runny consistency. It reminds me more of a CC Cream than a BB Cream. It’s easy to blend and easy to use. I use my fingers to apply but you can definitely use a brush or beauty blender.

It has light to medium coverage. It covers up any redness or pigmentation I have, but it looks natural. My skin still shows through. It does have an orange undertone upon application, but it does go away and blends in with your natural skin tone beautifully.

It has a satin/dewy finish. It doesn’t make my skin look oily but gives it a natural dewy glow. I have dry skin so this tinted moisturizer is great for me. It doesn’t cling onto any dry patches. It works great with almost any powder I use on top.

Love love this tinted moisturizer.

Bio Based Baked Foundation in Medium Neutral | Click for here product details

This foundation has 6 shades.

Love this baked foundation powder! I love that it has sheer to light coverage. It works great on it’s own or over foundation. It has a nice satin natural finish. I love that it gives my skin coverage but still looks super natural.

I use a fluffy brush to apply this, and it works great.

If you’re looking for a matte or mattifying powder foundation, this baked powder foundation is not for you. This baked foundation is a great all over the face powder, I wouldn’t recommend it for mattifying or baking.

Overall, I love this baked foundation. I use it on days where I just want a little bit of coverage, and it works great!

Expressionist Liquid Eyeliner in Black | Click here for product details

I was surprised how small the packaging is for this eyeliner. But I grew to like the packaging because it makes applying easier.

I like that the product is really black and dark. It doesn’t spread around upon application. The product itself also goes on smooth.

However, the eyeliner brush is really stiff which makes it difficult to draw on the eye. I also don’t like that the liner bleeds the inner corners of my eyes which goes to my lower lash line. I also find that it’s not as smudge-proof as I’d like or am used to. I’m constantly having to wipe down my inner corners.

Overall, the formula is not bad and I light that it’s black. But I’m not a fan of the brush and the fact that it runs into the inner corner of my eye.

Alrighty, I know that’s only 3 products, but 2 of them are based products. I seriously recommend the tinted moisturizer and baked foundation. I love these two products and I use them almost daily.
