Dry Skin Skincare Must-Haves for Winter

Autumn is here, and winter is coming. These colder months my skin can get pretty dry. With that, I try to find products that I know will help with my dry skin, give it the moisture and hydration it needs, that also won’t break me out or break the bank.

Here are the products I’ve been using. I love every single one. They all work so seamlessly together. I know I will using these products for a while.

If you’ve been following me for a while, you will know I’ve talked about this cleanser before (read blog review here). This is a product that I continue to grow more and more in love with. It’s hands down one of my all-time favorite face cleanser. It’s gentle enough to use everyday. And it doesn’t dry out my skin. I use this product day and night.

It also does a great job at cleaning out my skin and not just the surface of my skin. Love this product. I come back to this cleanser all the time because it really is that good on my skin and I can see results from using it.

Sioris Facial Mist:

I bought this product because it was highly recommended by Beauty Within. (Side note: love Beauty Within. They’re a great resource for anything skincare).

First off, I LOVE the mist on this toner. I use this as a toner but it can also be used as a refresher throughout the day.

I love the way it leaves my skin hydrated throughout the day. It has a slight tackiness to it upon application, but that eventually goes away. I love the different oils this product has in it as well. Love love this toner. I know my skin drinks up all its goodness.

If you have dry skin, this is a great product to try especially with the colder months. It’s not heavy but it is effective.

Inkey List Collagen Booster:

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this booster serum. If you want to try out anything I recommend here, I suggest THIS ONE! I’m almost done with my first bottle and I already bought another one. I know this is a product I will be using for a long while.

I use this on my face and my neck, and I’ve seen my neck wrinkles minimized. It’s amazing.

I use this as a stand alone serum after toner. Or if I’m in a hurry, I also put a few drops in with my moisturizer and use it that way.

I love this collagen booster serum. It’s a great product for minimizing any fine lines you may have. It’s also affordable and it’s clean.

Other Collagen serums: Boscia Collagen Serum | Indeed Labs Collagen Booster

Inkey List hyaluronic acid Serum:

This serum is great for dry skin. It seriously adds extra hydration into my skin. My skin drinks this up after application. If you have dry skin, definitely try this out or try anything with Hyaluronic Acid.

It’s easy to use and doesn’t leave any tackiness. Sometimes I use this in combination with the collagen booster and it works just fine.

Other Hyaluronic Acid Serums: The Ordinary HA Serum

Inkey List BHA Serum:

I bought this mainly because of my blackheads and pores on my nose. I use to have a lot of blackheads and I wanted to try something that will help control excess sebum on my nose and the blackheads on my nose because of my pores. And y’all, this BHA serum has been a game changer!!

It definitely helps to control my blackheads and sebum production. My pores are still there. But because it has somehow eliminated the extra production of blackheads and sebum, and now my nose actually looks clearer than ever before. It’s amazing.

I only use this at night. I use it 2-3 times a week.

If you have pores, blackheads, or want sebum control—try this out!

The Original Niacinamide Serum:

Niacinamide changed my life. I discovered it on Beauty Within. This serum is amazing. It brightens the skin, it lessens dark spots or acne spots, it clears the skin, it helps with pores. I seriously love this.

I used a different niacinamide serum before this one from Bliss, and that one was amazing too. But I do like this one a lot more. I find it more effective.

I especially love that it brightens my skin, making me look more a live. And it helps get ride of my dark spots or acne spots. Love this stuff.

Face moisturizer for dry skin purito deep sea pure water cream, tatcha water cream, tatcha dewy skin cream.jpeg

Purito Deep Sea Pure Water Cream:

This is a great hydrating moisturizer for anyone looking for extra hydration. This is typically the last product in my skincare routine. I like it because it adds the extra hydration my skin needs, especially with the colder days.

It’s easy to apply and does leave a slight tackiness, but it’s not super sticky or unbearable. It is also not a heavy cream. It’s quite light in texture. But it is effective in maintaining hydration.

Tatcha Water Cream:

On days where I don’t need all the extra hydration, I use this cream. I would say it’s lighter than the Purito mentioned above.

But it is still very hydrating. It’s a great cream for all skin types.

Tatcha Dewy Cream:

On days when I need extra extra hydration, I use this cream. I would say it’s a bit heavier than the Purito mentioned above. It leaves the skin more hydrated and dewy.

It’s especially great if you have very dry skin.

Alright, those are my current skincare products that I use and switch up. I think that when you find products that work, keep using them. I love that all these products are effective on my dry skin. They seriously have changed my skin all together.
